Morris County Surrogate: Wills, Trusts and Estates

Surrogate Heather J. Darling, Esq will be in the Morris County Library from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm in the public meeting room to discuss Wills, Trusts and Estates. Some of the highlights of her discussion will include the role of the Surrogate, the importance of having a Will, naming an Executor, and what an Executor should know. The Surrogate will also talk about Trusts and Adult Guardianships. There will be time provided for questions.
A light lunch will be provided.
