Affordable Housing Assistance

The Housing Partnership opened its doors in October 1992, with Susan Zellman as its first Executive Director. Since that time, we have become recognized by state, county and local officials, agencies, and lending institutions as an invaluable resource for information, guidance, and technical expertise in affordable housing and homeownership. We also administer income restricted homes that are sold at a reduced price to qualifying working households.
