The deadline to apply for property tax relief is February 28th, 2023. Eligible New Jersey homeowners and renters can receive up to $1,500.

To be eligible for this benefit, you must have occupied your primary residence on October 1st, 2019. You must also file (or be exempt from) NJ income taxes.
