The Flu/Covid Clinic scheduled for Thursday, October 5, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm has been CANCELED. Details to follow as soon as we have a new date.
The Mendham Township Health Department along with Atlantic Health System will be having a Flu and Covid Shot Clinic on Thursday, October 5, 4:00 – 6:00 pm, Fire House Bay, 2 West Main Street, Brookside. More details to follow with regards to costs for the covid portion of this clinic.
Important Information for Participants:
- Appointments are not required.
- If you are a Medicare participant, please bring your current Medicare card.
- Flu shot is $25 for those 18-64 years.
