Mendham Township Flu/Covid Clinic, 10/23, 4-6pm

The Mendham Township Health Department along with the Morris County Division of Public Health and Atlantic Health System will be having a Flu and Covid Shot Clinic on Monday, October 23, 4:00 – 6:00 pm, Fire House Bay, 2 West Main Street, Brookside.
Important Information for Participants:
- Appointments are not required.
- If you are a Medicare participant, please bring your current Medicare card.
- Flu shot is $25 for those 18-64 years.
- Exact cash or check payable to ‘Atlantic Corporate Health’
- If you do not have insurance or if your insurance does not cover the cost of the covid vaccine, please visit your local CVS or Walgreens.
