Mendham Township Committee Supports Preservation Credit System Amendment to Assembly Bill No. 4 and Senate Bill No. 50

Attached is a letter from the Township Committee that was sent to members of the New Jersey State Legislature this week outlining the need for sustainable land-use practices and preservation of the environment in regards to bills A4/S50.
In light of the urgency of addressing the balance between affordable housing and unique environmental attributes, the Township Committee stands ready to collaborate with our representatives in Trenton for the benefit of our environment and communities across the State of New Jersey.
