Free Trees! Mendham Township Municipal, April 13, 10:00am - Noon

On Saturday, April 13, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Mendham Township Environmental Commission will be distributing tree seedlings at the Township Municipal Building parking lot at 2 West Main Street, Brookside. Seedlings are available on a first come, first served basis; the seedlings come with instructions on how to store, care for, and plant the trees. The included guides are designed to help residents choose the right place on a property to plant a tree while keeping in mind the tree's future full-grown size. Residents should plant seedlings within two days of pickup in order to prevent the roots from drying out.
