ORDINANCE 9-2007

ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM TO AMEND SPECIAL EMERGENCY ORDINANCES

            WHEREAS, Ordinance 5-2004 was adopted in the amount of $175,000 for the purpose of a reassessment of Township properties and Ordinance 9-2005 was adopted in the amount of $17,000 for the codification of Township Ordinances; and

            WHEREAS, the Township wishes to amend Ordinance 5-2004 and Ordinance 9-2005 to reflect current costs since their adoption and to also provide new funding sources now identified; and

            WHEREAS, it is desired that said Ordinances be amended pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:4-55 with a net effect of increasing appropriations by $30,000 (includes the effect of R2007-80) as per the detailed schedule below.

            BE IT ORDAINED that the following amendments be made:
