ORDINANCE 7-2005

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM PROVIDING FOR BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS DEPARTMENT IMPROVEMENTS BY THE TOWNSHIP AND APPROPRIATING $5,000 FROM CAPITAL SURPLUS AND $10,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND

            BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Mendham , in the County of Morris , New Jersey , as follows:

            Section 1.  The funding for improvements to the Buildings and Grounds Department is hereby authorized and such cost is not to exceed $5,000, which sum is hereby appropriated for this purpose and is hereby appropriated from Capital Surplus.

            Section 2.  The funding for improvements to the Buildings and Grounds Department is hereby authorized and such cost is not to exceed $10,000, which sum is hereby appropriated for this purpose from the Capital Improvement Fund.

            Section 3.  This ordinance shall take effect following passage and publication as provided by law.
