ORDINANCE 13-2006

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM PROVIDING FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROPOSED OPEN SPACE ACQUISITIONS BY THE TOWNSHIP AND APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM THE OPEN SPACE TRUST FUND

            BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Mendham , in the County of Morris , New Jersey , as follows:

            Section 1.  The funding for preliminary costs associated with proposed open space acquisitions is hereby authorized and such cost is not to exceed $100,000 which sum is hereby appropriated for this purpose.

            Section 2.  The total amount of $100,000 for said purpose is hereby appropriated from the Open Space Trust Fund.

            Section 3.  This ordinance shall take effect following final passage and publicatin as provided by law.
