Volunteers for community Dispute Resolution Committee Wanted

Volunteers are needed to sit on a mediation committee to help resolve neighborhood disputes that can be settled without formal court intervention.  Members are trained in mediation techniques that encourage discussion between the involved parties and help to resolve minor disputes such as noise complaints, dog complaints and neighborhood disputes, etc.  CDRC’s encourage local citizens to become involved in the Justice System thereby increasing their awareness and support.  Citizens from Mendham Borough, Mendham Township , Chester Borough and Chester Township are encouraged to volunteer.  If interested please contact Lisa Conover, Court Administrator, Mendham Municipal Court at 973-543-7526
