*If you have large amounts of paint for disposal, you may bring it to the Mt. Olive Transfer Station on Gold Mine Road. There is a fee for each pound of paint.

Tires, Car Batteries and Oil:
Interested residents should contact the Public Works department at (973) 543-4509 to schedule an appointment for drop-off. The fall collection date for these recyclables has been cancelled in lieu of this new program.
Location: DPW Garage, 40 Mount Pleasant Road.
Fee for Disposal: tires-$3.50, tires with rims-$6.00, batteries-$1.00, oil-no charge.
