Health services in Mendham Township are conducted under the direction of a five member Board of Health. Morris County Office of Health Management provides services to Mendham Township including septic and soil inspections, well inspections, food licensing and inspections, health clinics, health education and health code enforcement. The nurses provide various health programs for Mendham Township residents including child health clinics, hypertension screenings as well as programs to assist the frail and elderly.

The nurses provide various health programs for Mendham Township residents including hypertension screenings, referrals, and programs to assist the frail and elderly. Each month the Public Health Nurse's report is included in the Health Officer’s Report is presented to the Board at their meeting.

*65 and older are free with your Medicare card, 18 and older is $25.00.
All dogs and cats shall be licensed in accordance with State law. Licenses should be obtained from the Health Department prior to January 31st each year.
