BURGLAR ALARM ORDINANCE

The Township of Mendham requires that all burglar alarms be registered with the Police Department.  Applications are obtained from and submitted to the Township Clerk at Town Hall.  There is an annual fee of $35.00.  There will be a late fee charged for all renewals not received by January 1 of each year.  Renewal forms are mailed to each previously registered alarm owner in October of each year.
