The department administers and enforces the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code.   The department consists of a fulltime licensed Construction Sub-Code Official and part time plumbing, electrical, and Fire Sub-Code Officials

The Construction office is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.

Russ Heiney the Construction/Zoning Official is in the office Monday-Thursday from 1:00-3:00 pm . APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT NECESSARY, BUT IT IS BEST TO CALL FIRST TO CONFIRM, AS HE IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS THAT MAY CONFLICT WITH SPECIFIED OFFICE HOURS.
