ORDINANCE NO. 4-2003

ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 21-4.6(c)(2) RELATING TO EQUESTRIAN FARMS OF THE LAND USE ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM

     BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Mendham , in the County of Morris , New Jersey , as follows:

     Section 1. Paragraph 21-4.6(c)(2) of the Land Use Ordinance of the Township of Mendham is hereby amended to insert after the requirement that “no event shall exceed three (3) consecutive days in duration” the following: “or such other length of time as is approved by the Township Committee”. Except as amended by the prior sentence, all other provisions of Paragraph 21-4.6 (c)(2) are hereby ratified and confirmed.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect after final passage and publication as required by law.
