ORDINANCE 15-2004

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM PROVIDING FOR PRELIMINARY PLANNING EXPENSES FOR THE MUNICIPAL COMPLEX DESIGN BY THE TOWNSHIP AND APPROPRIATING $10,000 FROM CAPITAL SURPLUS

            BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Mendham , in the County of Morris , New Jersey , as follows:

            Section 1.  The funding for preliminary planning expenses for the Municipal Complex Design is hereby authorized and such cost is not to exceed $10,000, which sum is hereby appropriated for this purpose and is hereby appropriated from Capital Surplus.

            Section 2.  This ordinance shall take effect following passage and publication as provided by law.
