ORDINANCE 3-2002

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM , IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS , NEW JERSEY , PROVIDING FOR FUNDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF A LIFT AT THE DPW GARAGE BY THE TOWNSHIP AND APPROPRIATING $28,000 FROM CAPITAL SURPLUS FOR SUCH PURPOSE

            BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Mendham , in the County of Morris , New Jersey , as follows:

            Section 1.  The funding for the purchase of the lift by the Township in the amount of $28,000 is hereby authorized and the cost is not to exceed $28,000 which sum is hereby appropriated for such purpose.

            Section 2.  The total amount of $28,000 is hereby appropriated from Capital Surplus.

            Section 3.  This ordinance shall take effect upon publication of notice of final adoption as provided by law.
