ORDINANCE 17-2004 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM PROVIDING FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO POLICE HEADQUARTERS FOR THE MENDHAM TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT BY THE TOWNSHIP AND APPROPRIATING $9,000 FROM CAPITAL SURPLUS AND $7,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Section 1. The funding for improvements to Police Headquarters for the Mendham Township Police Department is hereby authorized and such cost is not to exceed $9,000, which sum is hereby appropriated for this purpose and is hereby appropriated from Capital Surplus. Section 2. The funding for improvements to Police Headquarters for the Mendham Township Police Department is hereby authorized and such cost is not to exceed $7,000, which sum is hereby appropriated for this purpose from the Capital Improvement Fund. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect following passage and publication as provided by law. Adopted: |
