ORDINANCE 15-2003

ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER VII, TRAFFIC, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM

            BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Mendham , in the County of Morris , New Jersey , as follows:

            Section 1. Chapter VII, Section entitled “Vehicles Over Designated Weight Excluded from Certain Streets” of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of Mendham , is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:

            Vehicles over the registered gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, the use by public works vehicles, emergency vehicles or school vehicles on such streets.

            Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon the publication of notice of

final adoption and approval by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
