ORDINANCE 12-2003

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SUBSECTION 2-41.2 OF CHAPTER II ADMINISTRATION AND SUBSECTION 28-2.1 OF CHAPTER XXVIII FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM, 1998

            BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Mendham , in the County of Morris , New Jersey , as follows:

            Section 1. Subsection 2-41.2 entitled “Fees for Copies” of Article IX entitled “Administrative Polices and Procedures” of Chapter II Administration, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of Mendham, 1998, is hereby amended by changing the following:

            Item l. Zoning Ordinance: $25.00 per copy

            Item o. Land Use Ordinance: $100.00 per copy

And by adding the following:

            Item r. CD Recording of public meeting: $25.00 per CD

            Section 2. Subsection 28-2.1 entitled “Required for New Occupancies” of Article 28-2 Smoke-Sensitive Alarm Devices of Chapter XXVIII Fire Prevention and Protection, shall be amended by changing the fee for a certificate evidencing compliance with the requirements of N.J.S. 52:27D-198.1 to $50.00. In the event that a reinspection shall be necessary, an additional fee of $30.00 shall be paid.

            Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect after final passage and publication as required by law.
