Hunter Information Sheet

All hunters wishing to hunt in the Township oh Mendham shall follow the follow listed steps;

1.         All hunters must have a valid hunting license, issued by the State of New Jersey for the current season.

2.         All hunters must have completed the New Jersey State hunter safety course.

3.         All hunters must attend the hunter orientation program given by the Township of Mendham .  If you have done so a previous year, you need not attend again.

4.         All hunters must complete the hunter information form and answer all questions.  Applications must be legible and all vehicle information must be proved.

5.         Return completed application with $10.00 check or money order payable to the Township of Mendham and return to Mendham Township Police Department, #3 Cherry Lane, Brookside in person (NO cash will be accepted)

6.         When your permit is ready, you will be contacted by the telephone to pick up your permit at police headquarters.  You will only be notified once.  Do not call Town Hall or police headquarters.

7.         If you have any questions, contact the records department at Mendham Township Police Department, 973-543-2581 Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 noon .
