2008 ANIMAL LICENSING APPLICATION Mendham Township Ordinances require the licensing of DOGS
and CATS.
You may license your pet in person at Township Hall during normal
business hours, or you may apply through the mail by providing the information
on the form below. You
must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return mailing if applying

$ 8.00 for neutered/spayed pets
$11.00 for non-neutered/spayed pets
$ 2.00 late fee after January 31st (for renewals only)
